This home features three separate houses. * Main house - 3 Large bedrooms & 2 Luxury Full Bathrooms & Attic There are two bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed each, and one bedroom with Twin over Full Bunk Bed. Two bathrooms, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor, are brand new in October 2022. The attic has been turned into kids' indoor camping ground. There are two sleeping pads with two sleeping bags where kids and/or adults can sleep comfortably without actually having to be outside. Bedding, Towels, Kitchen Utensils, Plates, Silverware, Keurig Coffee Machine and Coffee Pods - all provided. * Tiny Home - features one studio-like space with a sofa that turns into bed and a dedicated working space. Bedding for sofa bed is provided. * Gameroom - features 4K projector screen movie theater, Bowflex gym equipments, yoga mats, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. It is in rural area where cell service may or may not work depending on your carrier. 1 minute drive out from the house, you definitely get cell service. Starlink fast wifi is coming in 2023, but for now, we offer basic wifi for checking emails and making calls. Faster wifi option (up to 25mbps) is available for $35 per stay. Please plan to bring your favorite movies and shows on your laptop or tablets or DVDs. We provide 8K HDMI cables for all TVs. Photo ID is required for any and all adults staying. Additional guest after the numbers of guests noted on the reservation, including children, are required to pay $50 per night per person, whether that person is simply visiting or staying overnight.
